Pneumatic Balancers with
“force sensing” capability
Force Sensing Series air balancers come standard with a force-sensing load cell that converts small levels of operator force into up/down movement through the full lifting range, without the need for up/down pendant controls which allows the operator to perform fast, quick and easy movements. These models also come equipped with a 12 ft. (3.7 m) twin-bonded pre-coil cable including air hose and electronic control hose. The robust design of these pneumatic balancers gives you continuous duty cycle with minimal maintenance. These air balancers are intelligent lifting devices built to enhance your productivity, with stronger and more efficient lifting.
Features that help your facility and its operators:
SAFETY: The addition of electronic controls allows for integration with limit switches or other safety devices and load cell inputs reduce operator fatigue and provide intuitive motion operation.
PRODUCTIVITY: The 3-speed selector enables speeds to match each application and operator comfort level. Lifting products can be accomplished without the need to control up and down motion from additional pendant handles.
Multiple modes of operation
• Hoist mode (Lift & Lower)Lift and lower is the default mode allowing the operator precision handling of variable weight loads. • Float mode and load cell control handle provide the same results; therefore, when programming as an ICW model, float mode will not be available at programming setup. • Pouring/Dump mode This built-in programming feature allows operators to dump or pour material while maintaining load position and stability at a constant elevation. • Smart Drop mode allows for the automatic release of a load by a handling device once the load is lowered and no longer supported by the unit.

Error Proof Assembly
The device digitally displays the weight of the part picked up. Device will not allow the operator to move the part if not clamped properly. The key allows the operator the ability to lock the device. Allows 100 percent visual inspection of the assembly.
